Updates on rallies, 4:31 p.m. -the Communists are at Mabuhay rotonda; the Ayala Avenue rally is opposition, featuring Jejomar Binay and JV Ejercito crowing they are vindicated and Civil Society has lost the game; Susan Roces’s call remains unclear. Opposition is calling for system change. At the very least, Jejomar Binay and the Estradas are trying to take back the initiative. JV Ejercito says they will only accept the Vice-President as part of a governing council.
I just talked to Susan Tagle, assistant of Susan Roces, asking clarification of statement. She will fax it. I said what Chiz Escudero said sounds different from JV Ejercito, she sounded concerned. Will post statement when I get it.
