1. I read from the PDI’s letters to the editor entitled:
   Quezon’s vision of the Filipion People section,about a speech of MLQ to ROTC cadets during his 60th birthday,and a down pour suddenly killed the moment.
   After watching every ROTC panic.
   He asked them,that if they were made of paper……In short he has a vision for the Filipino people not tobe papers but like Molave trees.
