UP Vargas Museum
To celebrate the 97th year of the University of the
Philippines’ founding, the Vargas Museum and the Office of the Campus
Architect will show the plans and design of the UP Diliman when the
University first moved its main campus to Quezon City in 1949. It will
feature drawings, scale models and photographs of the State
University’s flagship site. Of interest are photographs from the Vargas
Museum collection and those from UP Alumni who shared their collection
of photographs for the project. The exhibition will open on June 18,
UP’s Foundation Day and will run until 3 August.
